We recognise that the standards require certain levels of mentoring training and that this often requires organisations to invest days developing and piloting training materials. This involves both time and financial investment.
To support this process and reduce your programme costs, we are able to offer a range of solutions to meet you need.
Courses are developed by the multi-award winning international Mentoring School and can either be accessed as online courses for your mentors, or we can provide the trainer materials to allow your teams to deliver the courses.
Online courses
The courses are accessed through the Mentoring School’s website and contain:
- Modules split into 10-15 minute videos
- Digital mentor handbooks
Trainer materials
Trainer materials include:
- PowerPoint presentation
- Digital mentor handbooks
- Digital trainer guides containing topic, suggested timings, activity details and activity outcomes
- Complimentary updates to materials, such as in response to new evidence
Qualifications also include train the trainer familiarisation sessions to help your trainers become familiar with the materials and also adapt content (within the qualification boundaries) to meet your organisation’s needs. For qualifications we also handle the quality assurance and marking processes.
